  • Do I need a medical referral from my Doctor?
    No, although a referral from your Doctor is helpful for insurance purposes.
  • Do I need an appointment?
    Yes. Reserving an appointment time allows us to give the specified amount of time required to treat each patient completely. Please call 705.983.5035 or click here to schedule today.
  • Are your services covered through OHIP?
    No, they are not. Check with your private health insurance or benefits package to see if you are covered. If you have any questions with how you are covered, please do not hesitate to call and we will try to help you.
  • Can I use my receipt for income tax purposes?
    Yes. Any receipt that you receive can be directly submitted for deductions on your income taxes as a medical expense.
  • How long is my first appointment? Should I bring anything?
    Your first appointment can range from 20 to 40 minutes and you should arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment if you have not filled out the new patient paperwork ahead of time. Click here for the New Patient form.
  • Why am I required to give my medical history to the Chiropodist?
    Like many health professions, your medical history is useful in ensuring proper and complete treatment. Having a full overview of your health status is required in order to successfully treat your foot conditions.
